The order I got was mostly right, honestly. Most of the items were fine, but one of the sizes was wrong, which was a little annoying.

The cover is fine overall, but the zipper is a little annoying. It gets caught sometimes and just doesn’t feel as smooth as I thought it would. Not a huge deal, but for the price I kinda expected it to be easier to use

I checked out missionallergy.com mainly because they mention certifications and allergy standards, and overall it does seem credible. I liked that they include some testing info instead of just throwing around big claims, and there’s something about it that feels more trustworthy than a lot of similar sites.
That said, I still wish they explained the certifications in a simpler, clearer way. A few parts felt like you’d already need to know what to look for to really verify them. Not a bad experience, just not quite enough detail to fully convince me.

My box showed up a bit crushed, which had me worried at first. The items inside seem okay from what I can tell, but I’m not sure if this is normal or if mine just got handled badly during shipping.

I just felt like the selection was a little limited, especially if you’re looking for specific sizes or more options. I found some of what I needed, but not all of it. Overall, it was okay.

It was easier to put on than I expected, and it doesn’t bunch up or feel sloppy. i didn’t want to take a chance on a cheap one that might leave gaps or fail over time, so this made me feel like my mattress is actually protected. Simple product, but it gave me a lot more confidence. 5 stars from me.
